LINNIG ​Pneumatic clutch camshaft PTO

For activating or deactivating components on a vehicle, Kendrion LINNIG offers a wide range of possibilities. For a series of vacuum cars, Boogert BV provided customized solutions. From the truck's camshaft PTO, the pneumatically controlled coupling can be switched on and off. The coupling is provided with a shaft on which a pulley is mounted. By means of V-belt a powerful vacuum pump with a power of approximately 80 kW is driven.

A series of already 60 vehicles has been fitted with this type of coupling.
